By accessing or using WeRico ("we," "us," or "our") website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that descriptions are complete, reliable, or error-free.
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be completed before dispatch. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.
We deliver across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items, customised pieces, and intimate apparel are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
All content on this website — including designs, images, copy, and branding — is the exclusive property of WeRico and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
WeRico is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
